Llama Tell Ya The Scoop…

The Deli LlaMMMa is an Appalachian based food truck. Yes… there are 3 M’s in our name because food should always be MMM good!  We consider our cuisine to be driven by a love of fusion cooking. When creating this sauce, we wanted to reflect that love by producing a zestier fusion condiment than just a typical vinegar based hot sauce. After 2 years of alchemy, we finally achieved our 3 phases of sweet, smoke, and heat in this sauce. We appropriately named it “LlaMMMa Spit” because we find it deliciously offensive and hope you will too. “Llamaste” home and put it on everything Y’all! Thank you for supporting our small business.

Ingredients:

Sweet Potatoes (sweet potatoes, water, sugar), Water,

Crushed Tomatoes (tomatoes, tomato puree, sea salt, citric acid), Chipotle Pepper Mash (peppers, vinegar), Miso Soybean Paste (water, soybean, rice, salt), Cider Vinegar, Onion, Bell Pepper, Carrots, Orange Juice, Sweet Chili Sauce (sugar, water, pickled red chile, vinegar, garlic, salt, xanthan gum), Vinegar, Rice Vinegar, Smoked Habanero Pepper Mash (peppers, vinegar), Salt, Garlic, Paprika, Garlic Powder, Coriander.
